BUILT TO ASSEMBLE. ENGINEERED TO PROTECT.
Traditional vault construction often begins with the question:
How do we build a secure room?
Modular security engineering asks a different question:
How do we engineer every part of the room to perform as a security barrier?
Guardwel Modular Panels are developed around this principle.
Each individual panel is engineered as part of a larger security system, allowing vaults and Robotic SDL environments to be configured according to specific spatial and operational requirements.
The construction combines UHPC (Ultra High Strength Concrete) with metal barriers. This composite approach is designed to provide resistance against multiple attack methods, including drills, chisel hammers and oxyacetylene torches. The Modular Vault is rated TRTL-30 minutes and is tested and certified by BIS to IS-17541.
But engineering performance is only one part of the equation.
A security system also needs to work on site.
This is where modularity becomes a practical advantage.
Individual panels can be handled and assembled as components rather than treating the complete vault as one monolithic construction exercise. The system is highly customisable, allowing the configuration to be developed around the requirements of the premises and the security application.
It also creates a more accessible approach to security infrastructure.
Individualised panel construction can simplify installation, maintenance and access planning while maintaining the integrity of the overall protective enclosure.
The result is a system where strength and practicality are not competing requirements.
They are engineered together.
For Robotic SDLs, where high-value assets require controlled and protected environments, and for vaults where physical attack resistance is fundamental, the difference lies in the architecture of the protection itself.
Every panel has a job.
Every joint has a purpose.
Every barrier contributes to the whole.
That is the advantage of modular security.
Engineered panel by panel. Built as one system. Designed to protect.
